What we collect
Only what you send us: the details in the outside review form (brand, website, name, email and your answers), the email you leave to download a worksheet, and the emails you write to us. We use no advertising trackers. We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site (clicks, scrolling and pages visited, with form fields and text you type hidden). Visitors in Europe and the UK see a banner: without their OK, Clarity runs without cookies. Microsoft processes this data under its own privacy statement. If you arrive from one of our ads or links, the form also notes which one (for example the campaign name), so we know what brought you.

Why
To prepare your outside review and to reply to you. If you download a worksheet, we may write to you once, personally, to ask whether it was useful; nothing more unless you reply. We don't sell or share your information, and we don't add you to newsletters.
Where it is kept
Form submissions are stored by our hosting provider (Netlify) and emails in Google Workspace. Outside reviews are confidential and are not published.
How long
Up to two years after our last contact, or less if you ask. Write to contact@meridian.tokyo to see, correct or delete your information.
Japan
We handle personal information in line with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (個人情報保護法).
